Reference Form: Guatemala Trip

You have been asked to complete this form as a reference for one of our applicants. Please fill out the form accurately and honestly. Thank you for your time.
  • Being selected for our short-term mission to Guatemala is a privilege for students, not a right. We have been given the task to find the students who are willing to do the Lord's work in a foreign country. We need to make sure that the students we take are fully knowledgeable of what short-term missions is. It is not a vacation. It is a time for us to be hands and feet. Please answer the following questions honestly, as they will help us in our decisions. If there are questions you do not have the knowledge to answer, let us know. Please feel free to let us know any other information that would aid us in the application process.

About Amped Student Ministries

Amped Student Ministries is a division of the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware. Our goal at Amped is focused in three areas which are found throughout the teachings of Jesus. We are to Love God, Love others, and be a servant. We feel that this can only be accomplished by directly following those teachings and keeping ministry personal.
